Side-project portfolio

A side-project software portfolio at three maturity levels.

Personal R&D exploring live data, OSINT tooling, maps, alerts, and AI summaries. Forge is the live demo today; Praetor and Quaestor are concept and idea notes. Each is labeled by how real it actually is.

Future concept 02

Praetor

Future architecture notes

A future architecture idea for command, telemetry, replay, and evidence workflows that could one day build on Forge context. Not built, not offered, not deployed.

  • Telemetry
  • Replay
  • Evidence trails

How the pieces fit

Sense → Understand → Coordinate → Prove → Pursue.

Forge builds the live demo corpus. Praetor is a future concept for turning sessions into replayable evidence. Quaestor is an idea note for matching possible future capabilities to public opportunities. Only Forge is real today.

  1. Sense Forge

    Ingest public event sources.

  2. Understand Forge AI

    Summarize, score, cite, and query.

  3. Coordinate Praetor

Concept: manage sessions, nodes, telemetry, and state.

  4. Prove Praetor

Concept: preserve logs, replay, and summaries.

  5. Pursue Quaestor

Idea: match possible capabilities to public opportunities.

A personal R&D portfolio, built in the open.
