Telchar Dynamics is my personal software portfolio. The live piece is Forge — an open-source-intelligence demo that pulls public signals, models them as events, and puts them on a map with alerts and grounded AI summaries. Everything else here is labeled by how real it actually is.

Telchar is a personal build loop: pull public signals, model them, put them on a map, summarize them with AI, and write down what was learned.

The portfolio

One is live. Two are still just ideas.

Forge is running today — you can go use it. Praetor is a concept note; Quaestor is barely a sketch. No roadmap theater: each one is labeled by how real it actually is.

Forge turns public signals into maps, alerts, and summaries.

Forge is a live personal OSINT demo that ingests selected public signals, normalizes them into events, and experiments with maps, alerts, and AI-generated summaries. It is a portfolio project and prototype — not a customer system or operational intelligence product.

    Alerts-first experiments

    The demo tries to surface the interesting thing instead of burying it in a dashboard.

    Public signals are normalized and stored before display, so nothing is lost to the moment.

    Data classes are treated as first-class constraints, with provenance carried through the pipeline.

How the pieces fit

Sense → Understand → Coordinate → Prove → Pursue.

Forge builds the live demo corpus. Praetor is a future concept for turning sessions into replayable evidence. Quaestor is an idea note for matching possible future capabilities to public opportunities. Only Forge is real today.
